How to Install
- Check the sleeve opening against the temple end. Do not force it onto a thicker frame.
- Slide the sleeve onto the eyeglass temple arm.
- Adjust its position behind or above the ear until it sits comfortably.
- Check that both sides stay secure before wearing your glasses during activity.

These sleeves are intended for compatible frame arms; they are not a universal fit. Compare the approximate 4 mm opening, temple shape and sleeve length with your original frame.
