These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit ebjde.com, use our services, or place an order with EBJDE. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on the site.

1. Store Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

2. Product Information and Compatibility

We work to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, compatibility information, prices, and availability accurately. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur because of screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or product updates.

For model-specific replacement lenses, nose pads, temples, and other parts, you are responsible for checking the brand, model number, size, and other compatibility details on your original eyewear before ordering. Compatibility references to third-party brands are descriptive only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EBJDE is independent from and not endorsed by those brands.

3. Prices and Orders

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other checkout charges may apply depending on the destination and selected service. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not prevent us from canceling or correcting an order where there is a pricing error, inventory problem, suspected fraud, payment issue, shipping restriction, or other legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers offered at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$59.99 or more. The standard estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Orders under US$59.99 are charged the applicable standard shipping rate shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, destination restrictions, peak periods, and events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our current Returns & Refunds Policy. Customized or prescription products may have different eligibility rules because they are made to order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

The EBJDE website, branding, text, graphics, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, exploit, or distribute protected site content for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics services, and other integrations. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. EBJDE is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

9. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, messages, feedback, or other content, you must have the right to provide it and it must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful. To the extent necessary to display or process a submission you choose to provide, you grant EBJDE a non-exclusive license to use that submission for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every page will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product warranties, if any, are those expressly stated on the relevant product page or required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBJDE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live. This section does not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
