EBJDE ships eligible products to the destinations available at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$59.99 or more. The free-shipping rate is applied automatically at checkout when the order total meets the threshold.

Orders under US$59.99 are charged the applicable standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, destination restrictions, peak periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Package page. Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

Import Duties and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country unless checkout or the order confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please request an address change or cancellation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
