Shipping Information

EBJDE ships eligible products from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China to the destinations available at checkout. International orders are shipped cross-border from China; we do not represent them as locally shipped from your destination country.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$59.99 or more. The free-shipping rate is applied automatically at checkout when the order total meets the threshold.

Standard shipping costs US$5.99 for orders below US$59.99 in the destinations supported by our standard shipping zone. Orders of US$59.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Cutoff

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday. The daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. America/Los_Angeles time (Pacific Time); daylight saving time applies when observed. Orders received after the cutoff or on weekends are processed from the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Standard transit is normally 5–11 business days, Monday to Friday, after order processing. The combined estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, including processing. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, destination restrictions, peak periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Package page. Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

Import Duties and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country unless checkout or the order confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please request an address change or cancellation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
